following detailed discussions between the Central Bank of Egypt, the
Egyptian Government, the Egypt Tourism Federation, our partners at
international airlines and others, I am pleased we have reached an agreement that
allows international airlines to continue operating to and from Egypt.
Egypt has committed to provide all
visitors with a safe, secure and enjoyable experience, so we are working hard
to enhance aviation security and create exciting new tourism offerings. This
agreement will ensure our international airline partners can operate
successfully in Egypt and meet the needs of visitors, business travellers, and
the Egyptian people.”
